{Scene Opens: ESPN Radio 101 Studio: St. Louis, Missouri, 1:30PM}
The scene opens inside the studio as the current show is on commercial break. We see Dead Eye and Karin sitting next to each other holding hands with a microphone in front of them. Hosts, Chris Duncan and Anthony Stalter, sit opposite of them.
Anthony:
Have you done radio before?
DE:
I have, but she hasn't done this type of interview before. She did a Presser a few days ago.
Anthony:
Well, just forget about the mic and everything. Just think of it like four people having a conversation, and you'll be fine. And...it is pronounced kuh-rin right? Not like “Karen”?
KJ:
That's right. Thanks, I'm a little nervous, but being next to Charles, I'll be okay.
Producer:
Okay, we're going back live in 30 seconds. There will be an ad read, and the guys will introduce you.
The couple each nod. Music is heard playing cuing the return from commercial break.

Chris:
Welcome back to The Turn. It's our pleasure to welcome into the studio, wrestlers from New Generation Wrestling, Dead Eye and Karin Jasper.
KJ:
Thank you for having us. Happy new year, everybody!
DE:
What's Gucci in the Lou?
Chris:
Now along with being a couple, these two are headlining the Vendetta show here tonight at Scottstrade Center. Karin has a match for the Five Lakes Championship, and Dead Eye will be challenging for the Unified Heavyweight Championship.
Anthony:
Karin, you've only been wrestling for a short time. How does it feel to be competing in this title match?
KJ:
It's like a dream come true. Sometimes, it still doesn't feel real. Two months ago, I was delivering flowers, and then I met Charles, and that changed. It's amazing. I'm nervous, but I'm ready to show I belong, and I can be a champion.
Chris:
I know you've had a big hand in training, but how does it feel as her boyfriend for her to be in such a dangerous profession?
DE:
As part trainer, I'm proud of my girl. She's progressed so much in such a short time, she's picked up some big names, and she's ready to take that next level. As her boyfriend, of course, I don't wanna see her taking those bumps and bruises cuz I don't wanna see her hurt in any kinda way, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I know she can take care of herself.
Anthony:
So, I guess same question for you, Karin about your boyfriend competing in the ring, especially in matches like his last street fight?
KJ:
Just like Charles said, I don't like to see him going through tables and stuff like that, but his passion for this business is something everyone should look up to. I support everything he does wrestling because he really is the future. He's going to prove that when he wins tonight.
Chris:
I can definitely see why he originally hired you as his manager. That answer was almost like a boxing promoter.
DE:
Right? She's so amazing. I love this business, and I'm sure everyone can see that. I just want to give both companies I wrestle for the best I have and shine in both.
Anthony:
Now, you two are here to promote NGW Vendetta, but I feel like we have to touch on that for a second. For those that don't know, Dead Eye also wrestles for Chicago-based Redefine Pro. Now, interestingly enough, their next event is also airing tonight, and Dead Eye is involved in a Tag Team Title match on the REDEFINE30 event. That's got to be a physical strain to wrestle so in matches so close together?
DE:
When the stakes are this high, it could be. It's not that bad. I mean, we have tapings on Friday night for Redefine and then every other Saturday for NGW. So, it's only every other week that I have to wrestle on the quick turnaround. When I was in Mexico, sometimes I'd wrestle seven nights, twice on Saturday. That style was much faster than most matches I have now, so I'm Gucci, one hunnit.
Chris:
Now, I have to say, since our listeners can't see, that you two make a lovely couple. They haven't stopped smiling or holding hands since they walked into the studio.
Both smile at the comment.
KJ:
Thank you, Chris.
DE:
You already know. That's us, all day e’reday, yadig?
Anthony:
Well, congratulations on everything. You two seem to be doing big things. Catch NGW Vendetta tonight. Thank you for joining us.
KJ:
Thank you so much for having Charles and me on the show.
DE:
Appreciate it, bruh. Chuuch.
The show cuts to commercial, and the two shake hands with the hosts.
