Gavin Grimes: Obviously I'm the right choice. This Angelo guy only got this shot because he called me out in one of his promos. I'll gladly shut him up and send him packing.

Kenzie Rydell(c) vs Axle Aomori
OOC: I like what they both bring to the table but I think Kenzie is on quite the roll right now.
Gavin Grime: I've let it be known that I don't like Axle and the way that he carries himself. His attack over at IPW isn't what I want representing NGW as a whole. That being said, Kenzie keep that belt warm for Ash. She's coming for you and it's only a matter of time.

Match 6
Double Retirement Match
TGH vs Hayden Phoenix
[These two feuded last year in Anzac Pro Wrestling and both of their careers end in a double retirement match. Can Hayden Phoenix finally get the win over a long-time rival? Or will TGH finish his final NGW run 3 and 0?]
OOC: can't choose! Both great guys!
Gavin Grimes: TGH is a legend and he's already 2-0 here during his retirement run but you can't count out Hayden even though he's a giant cunt. I still go with TGH getting the perfect 3-0 record to officially end his ANZAC/NGW career on top.

Straight Jacket in an Asylum Match
Corey Bull vs Massacre
OOC: I like that they're both monsters in size and character but I think Corey has this one, he's hitting a really good stride.
Gavin Grimes: I gotta go with my main man, Corey Bull. Corey has been doing this wrestling thing since I was like five years old or something, dude is a multi-time world champ and hall of gamer and this match? It's right up his alley. Corey wins and it's going to be brutal.

Match 4
Ashleigh Jericho vs Maria Sangrienta
OOC: First of all, I enjoy Maria's enthusiasm and how quickly she's developed as a newbie to the game. The only way from here is up. But that being said, Ashleigh Jericho wins this one. Ashleigh is a character that even I DO NOT want to face. Why? Because I know I'll lose... I've already lost to that character as another one of mine and Ashleigh buried said character (Julian Savell) like I've never seen him get buried before. Ash scares me. LOL!
Gavin Grimes: Is this even a question? I guess NGW wanted to give Ash some kind of warm up match for her first go round. Maria doesn't stand a chance. Expect Ash to put Maria through the announcers table or something even worse.

Match 3
Fatal Four Way
Drake Hunter vs Tee Voland vs John Blade vs Latoya Hixx
OOC: I skimmed Drake Hunter's RP a bit and I was impressed. I think he takes it but I wouldn't count out Tee.
Gavin Grimes: I'm honestly surprised John Blade is in this match and not in the main event with me. He called me out in his last promo because Angelo called me out, damn it! John Blade did it first because he's the face that runs the place! BECAUSE HE'S JOHN FUCKING BLADE! I think this is a travesty! That being said, I think John comes out to this match quite angry and on fire and he pulls out the win. THE CHAMP IS HEREEEEE!

Marquee Championship Shot
Zachary Sears vs Justin Harmony
OOC: Tough match up but I think Zachary Sears edges this one out.
Gavin Grimes: I'm going to go with Zachary Sears because I like the focus and aggression he's had over the last few weeks. Justin Harmony has a name that bothers me. It's like "Just In Harmony." Yes, you are just in harmony! Yep, fuck you Justin, your name sucks.

Opening Match
Tag Team Championship
The Genesis (Avery Miles III & Levi Daughterty) vs The Apex Predators (Dirk Bentley & Corey Bull)
OOC: Shit, this one is rough! I'd rather not choose! I love all 4 characters.
Gavin Grimes: I enjoyed the sportsmanship between AV3 and Levi after their match for the Marquee title and that they came together to form a team. But Corey Bull and Dirk Bentley have been doing this thing for A LONG time now and they've known each other for probably like a decade or something. Basically what I am saying is that Dirk and Corey know each other's strengths and weaknesses and nuances and it helps them as a team. Levi and AV3 haven't teamed before and they just got done fighting a hellacious battle for the marquee title. Could something more be at stake and could avery be turning on Levi? You really never know. Avery is a stand up guy but I've seen nicer people make the turn on somebody because of frustration. With all that being said, Dirk and Corey pull this one out in a close battle.

Esteban Ramirez vs Diego Ramirez vs Wolverina vs ? ? ?
OOC: don't know any of these people but I'll say Esteban due to the Eddie Guerrero picbase.
Gavin Grimes: Unless someone else is added to this match, Wolverina has her work cut out for her. She's up against a tag team that's family and there's no doubt they'll eliminate her first before focusing on each other. But Esteban looks especially sneaky and sketchy so I think he low key turns on Diego turning the March and eliminates him. Esteban wins!
