Character Information
Real Name: Jack Diamond
Talent Name: Jack Diamond (aka "The Wild Card" Jack Diamond)
Face: Vince Vaughn from the movie Swingers (so late 90s/early 00s Vince Vaughn)
Billed From: Las Vegas, Nevada
Age: 33
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 235
Theme Song: Little Less Conversation by Elvis
Personality Information
Face/Heel/Tweener: Heel. While his slick threads and fast talking may appeal to some, Jack is absolutely ruthless in and out of the ring.
Favorite Match: Triple Threat/Other Multi-Person matches. It provides Diamond the chance to play opponents off each other.
Worst Match: No DQ/Hardcore. Can't break the rules if there aren't any.
Favorite Weapon: Brass Knuckles
Brief Character Bio:
Diamond is always looking to raise the stakes; to swindle fatter whales, to hit bigger jackpots. He has been gambling since he was old enough (according to a fake ID) to get on the casino floor. After a few bad breaks and empty pockets Jack realized the luck of the draw just didn’t cut it. The deck needed to be stacked, and the odds not just evened - they needed to always be in his favor. So Diamond turned his focus from the cards to his opponents; reading their tells, exploiting their weaknesses, and ruthlessly leaving them without a chip to their name.
After putting together a pretty penny though, Jack became bored and restless. Roughly ten years ago he decided he’d rather pocket gold than green and turned his sights on professional wrestling. He quickly saw that the M.O. at the tables worked in the ring as success was immediate. Diamond had a good run, taking a few different federations for all they were worth. Against all odds he even made a handful of friends along the way - notably New Generation Wrestling’s own Dirk Bentley. But much like how leaving drunk businessmen broke in poker left him bored, leaving chumps broken night in and night out grew stale. So Jack cashed out roughly five years ago, upping the ante once again to manage a casino- no longer a guest but in charge of the house.
Whether it be luck, or an agenda he is keeping close to the vest, Jack has decided to return professional wrestling. A lucky break for fans, but not for the jokers who draw him as an opponent.
Wrestling Style: Traditional style of professional wrestler with an above average boxing element (due to the sport's influence on his hometown). Attempts to control the pace and will break the rules whenever he can get away with it.
Ring Gear: Pair of pants length wrestling tights. The left side is black, the right is white. The letters ‘JD’ in dark red are printed on the thigh on either side.

As the opening chords of ‘Little Less Conversation’ begin to play, the lights around the stage start flickering white and red. As he slides under the bottom rope black and red lights start circling the along the ropes, conjuring images of a roulette wheel. At this point Jack makes the ‘more money’ finger rub - either at his opponent if they are in the ring or at the fans if he’s the first to arrive.
