9:00AM Monday May 30th – Nashville, Tennessee – Bentley Residence
{Scene opens on a shot of Dirk wearing a robe while sitting at the kitchen table sipping on a cup of coffee, when we see Summer walking out from the bathroom wrapped in only a towel}
Summer: Thanks Dirk for letting me crash here last night. The party we attended last night was pretty epic.
Dirk: Sure, no problem. Glad you had a good time. What’s on the agenda today?
Summer: Absolutely nothing. I thought we could just kick back and relax. Maybe study some more film in preparation for the big match with Corey?
Dirk: Sounds good to me.
{Summers phone begins to ring, walking over she glances down, not recognizing the number she answers cautiously. Then disappears into the next living room for a few moments. Dirk continues sipping on his coffee until she returns.}
Dirk: Who was that? Something wrong?
Summer: Nothing wrong. Just local media wanting to cover your side of the events that has happened recently.
Dirk: Not interested. Besides, NGW has their own interviewers for that if I wanted to talk. They have Cass and what’s her name… Hannah?
Summer: Which neither one of them are beating down your door Dirk. Cass is too busy playing googly eyes with Jenson and Hannah is becoming one of Ashleigh’s close friends. You wouldn’t get a fair platform with her either. I think your side needs to be told and is a good opportunity.
{Dirk pausing and thinks for a moments while continuing to coffee.}
Dirk: Okay, you’ve always seemed to have my bad interest in mind. Set it up. As much as I hate interviews… It’s time that this story has been told.
{Scene fades as Summer dials back the number confirming the interview.}

2:00PM Monday May 30th – Downtown Nashville, Tennessee
{Scene opens downtown Nashville on the WSNR radio show building. As the camera pans in we see Dirk Bentley and Summer O’ Reilly in studio with one of the interviewers going over what’s going to happen}
Thom Abraham: Okay Mr. Bentley this radio show is going to be live. However, we are not taking live callers. These questions were put together assistants, some listeners that sent in questions and myself. But, your responses will be heard live.
Dirk: Works for me. Let’s get this show on the road.
Thom Abraham: Ladies and gentleman on today’s special Memorial Day edition of The Thom Abraham show, we have special guests from New Generation Wrestling… Dirk Bentley and Summer O’ Reilly. Welcome to the show.
Dirk: Thanks.
Summer: Thank you for having us Mr. Abraham
Thom Abraham: My pleasure. Let’s get down to business at hand. The first question is for Dirk. Mr. Bentley the world is still reeling and in shock regarding your actions against what some would’ve called a friend of yours… Ashleigh Jericho. The obvious question is Why?
Dirk: Why? The short answer is… It was time for someone to do what should have been done a LONG time ago. This bitch has been getting away with BS since she’s walked through the door of Inferno. The entire world if they paid attention would realize that she’s a self-serving psychopath. She destroys everything she touches, and is extremely callous and no one seems to care. Why? Because she is cute, adorable Ashleigh. Quickly how everyone forgets what she did to her first tag team partner. She befriended her, just to turn on her and destroy her in the ring. Then against her so called best friend Julian Savell, she pretty much destroyed every ounce of trust there and claimed that it was in the interest of the business. Don’t even get me started on her and Keelan. Another good friend. She exploited a medical condition to win that match.
But, oh… poor Ashleigh. She got jumped by the big bad cowboy. Boo hoo for that bitch. She got what she deserved. People ask me if I have any regrets? Shockingly enough, I do… I regret that I didn’t do it SOONER.
Thom Abraham: This one is for Summer. Summer, you have been around or part of Dirk’s career since almost the inception. What is your current role in this arrangement?
Summer: Yes, I have been around for most of Dirk’s professional career. Currently my role is to support Dirk. We are very close friends and no one is going to change that.
Thom Abraham: It’s been no secret Summer that you’ve wanted to rekindle some past feelings and/or a relationship with Dirk. How much longer are you going to sit idly by while he continues to search for someone to fill that position that you seem to want?
Summer: Again, I know where my place is at currently in this arrangement. If I didn’t still want to be here I wouldn’t. Isn’t this interview supposed to be about Dirk and his upcoming match? I told the assistants that we weren’t getting into personal questions. You try that shit one more time and we are out of here… Got it?
Thom Abraham: Understood. Sorry, that won’t happen again. Dirk, with your recent actions against Ashleigh… How does it feel to be the most hated man in NGW?
Dirk: Ha, Ha, Ha. I welcome the attention. You see Thom, I have been warning NGW for a long time that something bad was going to happen. They chose to ignore me and write me off as normal. Just a dumb cowboy talking out of his ass. Now who’s laughing? I am. While some may say that I have to continually always look over my shoulder, there is no one underestimating what my devious mind will come up with next.
Thom Abraham: Speaking of coming up next. You have a high profile match for the Number One Contender Ship against Corey Bull. Despite your devastating attack on Ashleigh. There are many people that are looking for you to be lucky to “live” through this encounter, let alone actually win the match and go on to face Gavin Grimes for the Unified Championship. Thoughts on that?
Dirk: Just like with Ashleigh. The less that people expect and actually give me credit for being able to do? That just works more in my favor. I love being the underdog. It allows you to go “balls to the wall” and throw everything you have into the match. If you ask me… Corey Bull is the one with ALL the pressure on him to win this match. He’s out for revenge, his new band of misfits is expecting a great showing. If you took a poll right now, I would say people have him as a 8 -10 favorite. My question remains to Corey Bull though… With all that hype and expectation… How do you come back from that when you LOSE?
Thom Abraham: Wow. Good question. Let’s see if it’s one that has to be answered at Vendetta. Thanks for coming in Dirk and Summer. I look forward to watching this match.
{Scene fades as Thom stands and shakes Dirk and Summers hand while thanking them for the interview.}

11:00PM Monday May 30th - Parts Unknown
{Scene opens a dimly lit room. In the room we see a white lace curtain blowing in the breeze. We hear what appears to be a floor creaking as someone paces back and forth. Every now and then we catch a glimpse of a shadow as it passes a mirror. Looking at the ground we can see what appears to be some fog or smoke like substance rolling across the floor. Suddenly a voice starts talking in a low raspy tone.}
Voice: Corey Bull, the man the myth the legend in his own mind. The HATEBRINGER. If I haven’t had the distinction of crossing paths with you in several feds along the way… I would assume that you just enjoyed hearing yourself speak. But, I know a little better than that Corey. I know that you’re a dangerous individual in your own right. What I am not sold on is this aura of invincibility that you seem to have when it comes to stepping in the ring with me. You like to pose the question… Do I remember who I am talking to? That answer is yes. While you are a formidable opponent, you are definitely not unbeatable. So lets’ cut the bullshit, no pun intended… and stop acting like you are okay? I think it’ll make this loss when it happens just a little easier to swallow. But, we’ll get to that a little later on.
{The floor creaks once again as we hear a cat hiss in the back ground and the voice cackles as it steps from the shadows and we see Dirk’s silhouette pass in front of the mirror wearing his trademark cowboy hat. Beginning to speak still in a low raspy tone.}
Dirk: Awe, did I kick your big over size ass right in the feelers when I brought up your nickname and how you may or may not have earned it from mommy dearest? I wish I could say I was sorry and mean it, but I can’t. I simply brought to light something that you made very public on Twitter that you have a huge distain for and that is anyone referring to you by that nick name. It has to be more than a name that was given to a psychopathic fuck of a kid that couldn’t adjust to normal surroundings. So the next logical conclusion was that she called it out during a heated and intimate exchange which led to fingernails scratching down your back. {Shudders} But, enough about that… I’m going to make myself puke at the thought. You’re a sick fuck Bully, again… no pun intended.
Nice try Corey. I have to admire the attempt…. The attempt that you made at trying to keep your composure. You state that I must be suicidal and that you are not going to play into my games. I disagree, you see you big dumb bastard… Actions speak louder than words. I know you’re a smart man Corey but, one of your main weaknesses is and always will be your temper. You can say all you want that I am not getting into your head and that you are not going to play these games with me. Yet, your actions totally contradict your every statement. You mention that I like to poke the monster and get a reaction… I guess that is true to some degree. Honestly, can you blame me though when you make it so damn easy and entertaining?
{Dirk steps into view of the window as the light from the moon shines in as the floor creaks once again.}
Dirk: Don’t bring up that Ashleigh Jericho shit to me. One of us is smart enough to be done with that wretched cunt. One of us see her for what she truly is. The other is still in dreamland and thinks maybe he has a shot at her behind closed doors when Gavin is not around. Hell, maybe if you sweet talk her Bully, she’ll even dress like your mother Mary used to and really ignite those late night fantasies. As for me, again… I wish I could sit around and indulge you on such trivial matters. But, I have bigger fish to fry and it all begins with finally silencing the so called monster of NGW.
You did manage to say one thing right Corey. This match does have importance because the winner goes on to face Gavin Grimes for the Unified Heavyweight Championship. Not for any reason. I give less than zero fucks that your feelers got hurt in this process. You like everyone else should have listened when I warned you of things to come. But, just like all the others… you chose to sit back and ignore me. How’d that work out for you Bully? One of your fantasy girls got the living hell beat out of her and it was on your watch. That’s right, it’s ONE of the many reasons that you were relieved of that duty. Eh, no skin off my back. You should’ve learned early on in life Bull, you pick and choose your battles carefully. As for making this personal? Stay tuned… You haven’t seen ANYTHING yet!
{Dirk walks over and flicks the light switch on, pressing pause on the CD player, tugs on the white lace curtain that he hung in front of the door way that was blowing in front of the mirror and unplugs the fog machine.}
Dirk: You see Corey, nothing but a few well-placed parlor tricks. The fog machine, lighting, CD of spooky creaking floor sounds, and the lace curtain blowing in the wind for visual effects in front of the mirror. Just like you Corey, they are each scary and mysterious when in a dimly lit or dark alley. But, in the light of day? Nothing more than cheap parlor tricks and not scary or intimidating in the least. If I was facing Corey Bull the monster/demon in a cemetery somewhere in the moonlight? Then I might be a little unnerved and maybe even a little scared. But, to take away all the parlor tricks and to actually face the man COREY BULL in a wrestling ring? Now, that is a task that is very achievable and not one that should be found intimidating at all.
You like to use big words, you want and need people to “FEAR THE MONSTER”. But, what happens when they don’t fear the monster Corey? What happens when they bring the fight to you? You made reference that I could’ve had the sanctity of a normal wrestling match, and that due to my ego I now have forgone those safeties that are normally put in place to protect me from the big bad monster that is Corey Bull. Well guess what Corey? FUCK YOU! Fuck you and fuck your GOD FORSAKEN FUCKED UP FAMILY!!! What did you say? All I have to do is mention them and I wouldn’t like the repercussions and that you wouldn’t be held liable for your actions? FUCK your actions BULLY! Have you ever thought that I want you at the top of your game in the match that I think favors you the absolute most? That way when I take the very best that you have to offer and still at the end of the night, whether it’s limp, roll, crawl or have to be dragged from the ring… it’s my name that will still be hailed as the victor and it’s your sorry ass carcass that’s going to be carted from that ring on a stretcher.
